Internet Explorers on Multiple Displays

Is there a software that can display my Internet Explorer shortcuts on primary & secondary LCDs.

Meaning to say once I login to Windows, my Internet Explorers will be loaded but I want 1st shortcut to appear on LCD 1 & 2nd shortcut on LCD 2.

The Internet Explorer shortcuts are in Startup folder.
