Actually if u were to remember his letter of complaint, it had got to do with the lacklustre attitude of some officers who pan chan and "close one eye" to each others problems (like leaving early without valid reason, etc) but officers will not hesitate to slam the balls and apply the full force of their power on the men who need to leave early due to necessities.

yah. In essence, that was the complaint letter. He was actually rapped for "bypassing chain of command" by sending it straight to Defence Minister and cc the whole f-world, not the essence of the complaint.

Of course, the "u buay song your own officer corp ah?
