Intoducing a new software concept - MessageSender

It has come to my mind that one of my boss at office need helps. He is always agitating and scolding people unreasonably, always like to find little small problems of staff and blow it big just to proves he is superior or at the right side. From what I think, it is pointless for him to do that unless he has personal grudges, since there is no benefit for office of pointing people's fault which not solves any problems.

Beginning from there, I am making a software that able to help him. I am actually thinking that he needs help from IMH (Institute Mental Health), because the way he talks, thinks, and agitating seems not usual to normal people. I write a software which can contact IMH on behalf of him, the software will submit through contact us form which I fill his name, phone and email. I enter a message such as "I always angry dealing with my staff, my friend told me I need help from IMH, can you help me?". And sending the message on behalf of him to IMG. Soon after that, IMH will contact him and ask whether he needs help, he might eventually consider to seek help after IMH telling that the sign he is showing is not normal, and I might have saved a life or even more before he start chopping his staff with knife?
