Brother Blood can be redeemed will be explored. According to Joseph Morgan in an exclusive interview with
Screen Rant, it will come down to if Sebastian
"wants to be saved." His dynamic with Raven, who gained her powers back in the midseason finale, will also be a key factor in the story. The back half of the season will also get further into the re-exploration of Nightwing and Starfire's romance, which has been teased even more in season 4, part 1.

Titans season 4, part 1, the show tapped further into Beast Boy's powers, introducing his connection to The Red.
