Apologies for spamming but I feel that this needs to be seen.
PSA: Guys never buy from Invader pc, my build was buggy (suspect mobo issue) and they have horrible aftersales service.

When I sent my 2 weeks old pc for repair, they misplaced it and did not update me until I came down to check. Then they had the cheek to blame me the customer for it + the existing pc issues.

Went down to their office and it was a horrendous mess, PCs everywhere without clear storage or categorization. No wonder they misplaced my pc.

I bought from them as I had heard aftershock has bad service, end up they are even worse.

DO NOT BUY HERE, you have been warned.

They told me they weren't informed of the timing of my visit today, hence they misplaced the pc (which is totally unrelated and doesn't answer the service lapse). This is also ******** because I got the WhatsApp message to prove it. (showed it to the guy then he diam diam)

He also said there was no issue with the pc when they tested and told me that the problems was because of my own setup.

TBH I don't want to say too much about Aftershock as well as builders like Invader/Dynacore.
Some shops/business just focus too much on profit by building PCs which they think
is good.

Aftershock wise proably be another thread but I not sure whether is it right to share it here or not.
If they never provide you a RMA/Service slip than high chance they can either misplaced
or pass you someone else PC.

DIY wise best to approach shop like Fuwell, PCthemes etc. build for you.
These shops don't have much complaint.
Dynacore wise I try to not support them because of their staff attitude.

Ask them something like don't want to entertain like that.
Some of my builds went other shops than Dynacore.

The guy trying to ******** me so I just blast him on the spot, never give face.

Got horrible audio glitching (like those 8 bit sounds that are super loud), fps drop to single digit on windows desktop, audio devices not recognised, WiFi disconnect and cannot reconnect.

not defending them, just that no business is 100% perfect. but it does seem like prebuilt pc business in sg really cmi, either u kena chop carrot head or get bad service.
Now they ask me to remove my negative review before solving my problem. Siaolang
really chut same pattern as aftershock. they should be putting in double effort to fix ur issue then at least got some merit for them to ask for that.

Exactly. They got the gall to demand I solve their problem and cover up issues when they haven't even solve my basic problems. Absolute clowns.

i hooted 3 PCS from them b4 but is mid entry lvl type pre-covid period b4 they expand until their current office in ubi
no issues really, the 3 PCs are still alive and kicking today ryzen 2600 x2 & i5-8400
