The first thing you should do is to understand yourself. This breaks down to what kind of investor are you? What kind of result are you expecting? What risk are you willing to take? How much time you are dedicating towards investing? What is your stop loss strategy? etc.
A young person who does not know what he wants is risking a high chance of failure. 90% of the new investors I talk to envy the passive income I enjoy, but also 90% of them knows nothing about risk aversion and stop loss.... equity market is a fierce shark, it'll bite a big chunk off you when it could and I'm not exaggerating.
Find out do you have an investor mindset, if you do then proceed to read some books about investing...there are everywhere on the internet. Its much more informative if you share your investing strategy and ask for opinion .
