Citi Maxigain will be able to meet your needs.
No, it won't actually -- not by itself, not well. MaxiGain base interest (0.8 percentage points) is limited to the first $150,000. At $11K/month JetBlack will hit that limit in about 13 months. It also takes a year for the interest rate to ramp up, and JetBlack has only two years of time horizon. And MaxiGain interest is not guaranteed.
Singapore Savings Bonds (SSBs) look pretty good for up to $100K of that (the limit per individual). The current SSB (December, 2017) will yield 1.45% per annum for a 2 year hold, so not bad.
What I think would work pretty well is to put the first $10,000 into MaxiGain, to start the interest counters. Put the next $100K into SSBs. Then put the next ~$135K into MaxiGain. I'm assuming here that JetBlack already has at least $5K at Citibank. (Citibank has a Total Relationship Balance requirement of $15K to avoid monthly minimum fees.)
