1) park a lump sum maybe 20 - 30k.
2) monthly deposit of $x amount, without the need for min transaction, and complicated requirements.

Hello there!

There are such products that allow you to do so, but what is the tenure etc that you are looking for? As well as flexibility wise, are you looking to freely be able to withdraw etc?

I'm open to long tenure if the rates are damn good. I think 1 year looks good for now

What your time frame? Are you looking for ilp?
Usually is regular premium yearly. Lump sum also available too. There is a plan that promotion will be ending on 19 march.

And investment does not guaranteed u any return.

Anything that give u min guaranteed return has to be endownment plan.
1 year is not consider any long at all. Long is at least 3 years and above.
1 year u can just consider FD.

What would be good in your opinion If compare to FD rates then there is 1 that has guaranteed 1.7% PA for first 2 years and 1.5% for 3rd year.

There are also products that are 100% invested into funds which could yield higher return and allow for tops up, withdrawal etc.

What rates are you looking at. Higher rates, less gauranteed. Simple as that. Even traded endowments also do not have high gaurantee
