anyone install invisible grilles before? especially on diamond grilles? saw alot of good reviews, wondering if it's too good be true? can anyone advise me as we are getting a dbss flat soon, looking to child proof my balcony.

As promised, I will give my honest review of my experience on the invisible grilles installation.
I've compared 3 company- Legate, Endo Grilles & Invisys Tech.

Found legate through google.
Called them and they took 1 week to respond back, another week to meet up at my premises. When we met, I was given many variants of invisible grilles to choose from. It's very confusing & couldn't tell the difference between all these cables. (similar to choosing a handphone plan)
The quote was not given until I followed up thrice.

Due to the unpleasant experience and cost, we drop them.

The respond was good from Invisys (through google) however the wires looked like Legate's basic cables at the premium price. We have decided to drop as they did not follow up with us after the showroom appointment.

Lastly we found Endo Grilles (refer by my cousin which she had installed 3 years ago).
The Endo Invisible Grilles team responded within the day itself and fixed the appointment the next day. Best of all, they gave quotation on the spot!!

We will given 3 choices of invisible grilles cables, - Premium Nylon (5 years warranty), All Weather (7 +3 years warranty) lastly Diamond Rod Systems (15 years warranty).

Though my cousin used their Endo All Weather cables and still look new after 3 years. We opted for their Endo Diamond Rods System, as we were surprised after visiting the showroom at 30 Kaki Bukit Road 3 Empire Technocentre S417819. (Appointment required)

The Endo Diamond Rod System are not wires but a single cord mono alloy rod, used in the oil & aerospace industry, that is extremely rust resistant compare to stainless steel (which will still rust in the future)

After seeing their corrosion test ( ) and feeling the product with our bare hands, we are totally convinced!! and did not mind at all to pay the premium price.

After 6 months of using the Endo Diamond Rods System are still in perfect condition and we feel very safe.

I will strongly recommend Endo Grilles Pte Ltd to anyone who is looking to child proof their homes.

Legate one is reasonable. However, due to poor advice, they installed invisible grille without providing access to air con compressor. I had to redo the grilles for my balcony!
