Ios 10.3.1 messages app cannot open keep crashing!

Anyone else the same? How to fix it ?

Try resetting your phone. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset then restore from backup.

I reset the phone still the same.

I 'reset all setting' also still the same..

This I what I do As ios 10.3 is a big ipdate sure got bug apple need to even out

Message app ? Usually user use Whatsppls unless u on good old Sms or iMessage

Another way is run a full backup and reinstall the Os again then restore maybe the update u patch ran into some hiccups

reason it crash could be bad sectors on e flash memory. I have encountered this crashing on my apps b4 esp for older phone. just reinstall e app ok liao but since yr issue is with iMessage which cannot be removed yr only choice is to restore e phone. another reason I can think of is due to badly coded 3rd party iMessage stickers installed...

Reset all settings is NOT factory reset.

Erase all contents & settings = factory reset.

After factory reset try the message app it should work. Then restore all data & apps through iTunes.
