there were a few days where my batt dropped 15% overnight but these few days it's only like 4% so i guess it's resolved though i still dk what happened lol

If the battery keeps draining when your phone is not in use it could be because of poor signal. If not then it could be because of background activity of some unoptimised app. Maybe you can switch on the power saving mode when you go to bed?

Personally I feel that the iPhone 8 and iOS 11 is the best hardware/software package ever shipped out since iPhone 5/iOS 6 back in 2012. Try to monitor for few days to see if the drop increases.

Today my X's usage is 12hrs 2mins, standby 20hrs 50mins, battery left 15%.

Think should be good enough already.

It seems okay now but I just got an Apple Watch series 3 and the battery drain seems to fluctuate. I’ll monitor it for a while more! Thanks for the advice anyway! And yes I always turn on the battery saving mode before going to bed

Ya I also feeel it’s drain more on my x when my appe watch and Bluetooth Spotify

But it’s ok I don’t mind power bank on iphone

Watch I prefer it to last as long as it can on battery

As phone more way easy to powerbank then Apple Watch

I noticed everytime I play games and reduce the vol, it also affects my notification volumes. I didn’t noticed this until recently.

I tried playing around with the “change with button” option but it’s still the same.

How do I resolve this? I want to reduce media volume but not notification volume.

I see. I do own an Apple Watch but it’s a Series 1 model. The only time where the usage of watch affects my phone battery is when it uses the GPS when I’m cycling. I’m not too sure about Series 3 but is yours a cellular model?

My WhatsApp seems to lag more badly after the WhatsApp app is updated recently

Anyone also facing similar issues?

When I open Settings app, there is a light grey line on the right during the zooming animation. Anyone has the same problem?

I think it’s layout of the top navigation bar and the layout of the settings app when it’s being rotated. I had that too and restarted my iPhone X.

Sounds odd cause the Settings app doesn’t rotate on the iPhone X unlike the Plus models.
