On an iPhone 7 Plus. Less than 30 mins. This varies and depends on how much free storage you have on your iPhone.

Strange. Why can't I update to iOS 11? My software shows up to date at 10.3.3

Turn off Wi-Fi -> check for updates -> turn on Wi-Fi again to update.

Could be the server getting taxed when the update was released.
Could you try getting these apps again? Does it work for you?

Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings

Take note that things like alarms would be resettled.

Updated within 30mi. Over Wi-Fi

Need to plug in to battery is low when updating

Other than that

Every iOS update on all my iPhones have been smooth over Wi-Fi

That’s why now only using iPhone and not other smart phone

Many songs also hav this issue. All from  music.

Updated on i7+ and iPad Pro. iPad Pro is faster during update. So far all ok. Music still there. Yet to play ard. Hopefully no battery issue.
