Did a full restore and had problems during the first attempt then redid it. It took surprisingly so long over iCloud, especially for WhatsApp which was the last to be done when I only had 5gb data backed up.

Surpass in what sense?
I find android more customisable, more options (for now)
Things like placement and visual.
The only thing unique for iOS widget is the stackable for me

Consistency and usability. Both things android lacks. There a few articles out there which explain later clearly on why:

Apple should have implemented widgets on the lock screen instead. A place where you can view the compact details of your apps via widgets, without the need to unlock your phone.

Using iPhone 8 on iOS 14...the Chinese characters suggestion takes abt 5 secs to appears

I tot my phone hang...maybe I try to update 14.01
