New features like Intercom, eight new wallpapers, a refreshed AirPlay menu, a new Shazam toggle for Control Center, over 100 new emojis (like bubble tea) and the usual array of bug fixes.

Seems like the Chinese typing lagging on WeChat is fixed now.

Also the Facebook & iPhone setting hanging is gone too.

Hopefully it can also resolve the wifi issue where i cannot connect to my office wifi. spoke to my IT staff and they told me the issue was with IOS.

Typing issue was fixed for me during first week or so of 14.1. Den came back again. Not sure why. So should still monitor

I felt that there is an improvement to the overall scrolling and lagging etc. Prob a placebo effect but will continue to monitor. much smoother now even when going into the apps.

The battery life is not as good as 13.7. It’s not like I come home to 0% everyday but the consumption during standby time isn’t good at all. Thought it was fixed in 14.1 but after few days the drain came back. The volume ringer slider bug is a sore to look at as well. Had a couple of random resprings too.

Trivial stuff. But they bother me. Will rely on the bros’ feedback here before updating to 14.2.
