Yes. Tried during 18.0 Beta. Works really well to know if a scammer is on the line.

Good question. Seems like it works by picking up call automatically ..

Checked apple website it states roaming the voicemail will not be activated.

yes，very useful feature to filter legitimate call and spam call.
