IOS 7 apps crashing

Hi all,currently using iphone 5S running on IOS7. Haven update since bought.

Juz wana ask if u guys had any apps that will keep crash upon start?(for me is fm2013 handheld)

In this case,is it the app prob or the ios prob?

After starting 8 ball pool game, pressing home button does not close the app and pressing lock button doesn't lock the phone either. Only way is to reset the phone. It is the app that has not been updated to support iOS 7 that is causing all these problems.
