IOS 9.3.1 issue

Hi Guys,

Anyone here experiencing problem after upgrading to IOS 9.3.1?

I'm having below problem on my Iphone 6 after upgrading to IOS 9.3.1:

1) Battery easily drained even on standby mode ( Leave it overnight on standby mode for 5hrs, battery from 100% to 0%) - Apps are all close.

2) Touch ID not working . Cannot even activate the Iphone unlock on touch ID and passcode setting (Iphone shows failed " Unable to complete touch id setup)

Have you tried restoring your device?

For now try the hard reset for your iPhone.

Press & hold Power and the Home button until the screen shuts off and the Apple logo appears.

Yes. I have done the hard reset but still same problem.

TS - if all else fail, restore to factory settings, then restore from backup; this should work if the issues are not hardware related.

I've done restoring to factory but still same problem. If only I can downgrade to older iOS but based on some site apple has stop signing older version of iOS.

I think just have to wait for the new OS. Thanks!

Do you have AppleCare+? if you do, you can call Apple Customer Service & ask for 1-to-1 replacement.

I have this issue after few days of updating to 9.3.1. When on standby mode my home button was hot. After wake up battery from 90% become 0.

Not sure if this is a hardware issure but i tried upgrading to beta iOS 9.3.2 but still the same problem. If we can only downgrade it to 9.3 or lower, but now there is no way to downgrade it to lower version of iOS.

Will send for replacement once back to SG. Since mine was covered under AppleCare.

I'm using the same firmware and phone. Don't have that issue and I would recommend reflashing the firmware to see how it goes
