I only have the Edit on my Top right corner.... cannt see any LOCK.

u need to turn on location services for "setting time zone"

I'm on ip 6+ the apps and UI is sluggish now and opening of apps is pretty slow. i did a soft reset but still the same.

I actually felt that its faster. ip6S+ though.

and for those who haven notice, u can simply activate the night shift from control centre (swipe up from bottom of screen)

Probably due to a refresh of the OS which clear watever cache or temp files
Therefore feels snappier once u upgraded

Yes, it feels snappier to me too. I am on iPhone 6.

I am satisfied with iOS 9.3 except that the content blocker Crystal did not work at first.
I had to disable and enable it again for it to work again

Just updated; love the fact that notes can now be locked & arranged according to title.

Swipe left on the note and select lock, that will be best!
