anyone have problems turning off their cellular?

sometimes when i switch to whatsapp the phone will lag for around 3 seconds.

also i when i switch across apps or unlock my phone their will be a lag for 2-3 seconds.

Me! You are not alone The home button works but touch screen just will not respond. But sometimes after a while it will recover.

I am occasionally missing keyboard on my whatapps and had to use SMS instead. Need to clear away whatapps in the multitask and restart whatapps then keyboard will appear back. Anyone had same issue? On 6s plus with 9.01. Thanks.

whatsapp is notorious for slow updates when new iOS is released...
