Apple think that 3d touch very innovative that why they want to release as many as 90 million iPhone for the rest of 2015, also it is a hardware with ios9, other earlier model will not get 3d touch

Actually 3D touch is old tech. Only nobody did a software gesture for it.
Synaptic touchpad on all notebooks have an animated icon at the bottom of the Windows taskbar beside the time. It can show different degree of force you apply on the touch pad. But nobody did gesture for it.

Not entirely so. TouchPad does not have a display and it is a lot thicker. In fact, I hate touch pad so much that I rather use the trackpoint (famous from IBM ThinkPad) which also has pressure sensing to determine acceleration of cursor and other functionality like clicking.

Using iOS 9.1 beta on my iPad and iphone Liao. Performance is better compared to iOS 9.0 GM

Developer? You receive 9.0 GM?

I believe there was no 9.0 GM release to the public beta testers lo. :s22:

Updates:Will not be releasing today.

While Apple announced last week that it would be releasing iOS 9 and watchOS 2 to the public today, the company has just announced that it will not be releasing watchOS 2 as scheduled due to a recently discovered bug.

TechCrunch has shared the full text of Apple's notice.
“We have discovered a bug in development of watchOS 2 that is taking a bit longer to fix than we expected,” an Apple spokesperson told TechCrunch. “We will not release watchOS 2 today but will shortly.”
Apple seeded the intended golden master version of watchOS 2 to developers immediately following last week's media event, but the company will need to make some final tweaks to address the discovered bug before it feels comfortable releasing the updated operating system to the public.
