I thought winterboard not working well, can consider alternative, Anemone by coolstar, seems more polished.

yes CCsettings is out, but it may had caused my FlipControlCenter to overlap icons and crashed, there are 2 sets of icons that appeared in my control center

zeppelin works for me

Lock 4G/LTE works as sometimes I enter areas with bad signals, so this tweak seem to work so far

Yeah was thinking of a way to change 4G to LTE for quite awhile as it wasn't themeable. Didn't realised that there was a tweak to change the 4G to LTE. Did you know how he did it? The developer MIA already lol.
By locking the 4G/LTE signal. Doesn't it drain more battery?

Not sure whether does anyone encounter this - I'm on iOS 9.0.2 jailbreaked, somehow, my 6s plus automatically mute the ringer for no reason; no notification sound and other messages received will just vibrate. When I check inside ccsetting, indeed ringer was muted. Have to turn it on using the flips witch.

Previously i have issues of "mismatch......'" When i used home wifi. Problems solved when i switched to my Singtel network(3.5G)..it may not solve yours,but no harm giving it a try

it depends on what tweaks u want to use, as for me the usual tweaks I needed is all compatible....
