Reed is 5* and Vigna is 4*. Both archtype belong to DP-On-Kill. I see their stats and skills about the same.

This allows Reed to survive arts damage better when trying to assassinate mages.

The S2 +25% ATK deals additional arts damage. But see the calculations the difference is insignificant.
