Depends on your team. Robin is a support DPS (don't set him as leader), Giparang is a main DPS (set him as leader).

hanzo is quite meh. nurspy is the worst priest

Hanzo and Nurspy okay to get you through Normal. But don't invest too much in them. Keep them at 5* and farm for others. The best free unit is Archon so aim for him.

Alex is very good in PVP cause opponent must usually get through him first before they can kill your team.

Put 2x armor +250 on him or 1x armor +250 & 1x dmg received 15% and he'll be very hard to kill with 20k HP in PVP.
