iOS9 Game Center White Screen

There is a problem with ios9 where opening game center results in a blank white screen as it cannot load. I can't play certain games without game center and this is really infuriating. Problem is Apple has not acknowledged the problem publicly but claims that iOS9.1 fixed it which is not true at all. Anyone else with the same problem?

Try doing a reset all settings.
Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings.

and see if this resolves your issue.
