Wah. How they determined well maintained? My wife's i13Pro got the green screen too, out of warranty. Brought it to Apple @ MBS and the staff changed the screen for FOC with 90 days warranty, back cover was changed too. Her phone was very well maintained and that was the reason they fix it at no cost.

Not sure what's their requirements. But the phone was protected by Spigen TG and case since Day 1 she got the phone. Only a few scratches near the charging port area, battery health was 96%. After the change, quickly sold off to second hand shop for $850 (256GB).Wah. How they determined well maintained?![]()

But one thing to note, it is a common issue with i13Pro camera. Set the camera in Portrait mode against a white background, if unlucky, you may see a few fade black dots. We got it fix at no cost too.

Our usage of phones are as normal and charge the battery at anytime. However, we keep the capacity range between 30% and 85%. Once a month, we charge it to 100%. Whether that helps in delaying the battery capacity loss, you can try and monitor on your own.Battery health is impressive
