Ok, when i open the box its already bented from the package. So i did when down to apple service center to 1to1 exchange for brand new set. they told me i cannot do any exchange due to warranty didnt cover bend case. So i told them this iphone 6 plus was not the consumer who make it bend. Then say if wanna to exchange i need to pay $500+ for exchange. I was get shock and jump by that time. So i was Voice out to them and scolded them. yet they dont care sia. End of the day i call up Apple Hotline, and they call me back within 1min. A staff from apple direct speak to me, and listen my case, and transfer me to Apple Specialist. So when talking to the Apple specialist incharge. He agree on my case was not my wrong, after that he ask me pass the phone to A.Lab and tell them to make a 1to1 exchange for me. I question the Apple specialist who ask the A.Lab staff to exchange for me. Weather is a total brand new Set or just a Refurbish set. He told me was a brand new set, Cos right now alot of iphone 6 plus 64gb gold no stock. So i wondering weather True or not. So i just like to share out my experience..

PS: my english is very BAD..

If im just coming here to troll the post here. do u think i will share a long story Kid? You think i eat liao got no place to **** ar? Lame..

went to exchange my ip6 (not plus) as well, and was told it was a NEW set, confirm not refurbish... but I have a feeling that I was being smoked. is there anyway to check if it is refurb by the serial number?

from what my from told me which he work in APR, i also used to work in APR last timed. He told me if a refurbish set is warp in bubble warp.. If was on a brand new in small box with seal and new serial No and Imei on it. Its 100% brand new.

Lastly today i saw my collage at A.Lab was also having Iphone 6 problem, They change a set without box. just the set itself with the stock plastic cover over it.

In the future, please make sure u call Apple and get the case number n ask them to inform a.lab or OCD before u head down.. Both service centre able to track if u have case number + your request + Apple recommend..

If I were u, I will email Apple ask them to reply me in written so that got prove n record when go to a.lab (I experienced before n this is the way I did)

Hmm really? My ip6 replacement came in a white box and was sealed, so that means it's brand new? How to check if it is new serial no. and imei number?

But on that day, I also exchanged my ip5 due to battery bloating issue. This came in a white box as well. Cannot be that ip5 also brand new right?

moral of the story is to buy it in person at either apple store nubox or epicentre or get it directly over the counter of telco shop whereby you can inspect the set till the cows come home before agreeing to the set.
