Hi, I want to do some research and setup an affordable IP Camera at bedroom 
Since i'm quite new to this environment, i hope to get any possible assistant from all HWM Members.
Although is IP Camera, i noticed that my Landlord turn off the Modem located at Living Room every morning. I wonder if possible that the camera can work under No internet connection but still kept record of the footage.
I hope my camera can
-Record video on a schedule
-Record only when there a movement in the room.
-Got notification/alert like email to user
- And if possible upload to cloud storage(Optional, SD Card will do)
Need to get a brand and model :X
