80 and below. Above 80 is S$99.
went there last friday to enquire about battery replacement for my 11 pro max which is under warranty.

was also advised by them only <80% or below / dianogstic showing issues before we can replace for free.

i'm wondering anyone got it replace without meeting the 2 criteria above? assuming, you find that your battery health is degrading normal than usual (i.e hot when using certain apps) and diagnostics found to have no issue.

why would they replace for no reason? there must be some reason for them to replace.

Mine is at 94% since I bought my iPhone 12 Pro Max in Feb this year. I actually think it is fine. The drop is actually expected since the batteries are expected to start to deteriorate as we use it. And since we need to charge it almost every day or 2, it sounds normal. The same can be said for any device with batteries that you need to charge often, even though you may not be aware of the battery health. To give an example, the Samsung tablet that I use use to hold its charge quite well. But over the last 5 months of usage, I noticed the battery drops really quickly even though I only charge it every 3 or 4 days, with about 1 hour of usage each day.

It is normal for batteries to heat up when it is getting charged or discharged (when pulling power rapidly over a sustained period of time). When it comes to free replacement/ service, it is unlikely you can circumvent their rules/ conditions. Battery drain issues may arise from firmware/ software, and not hardware. So even if you replace the battery, it may not help in the longer term.

Mine is 88% but I got AC+ so I definitely will get a battery swop before warranty ends

Quite surprising, think can last me another year w/o issues. Maybe next year then upgrade to 14 :o

I upgrade both my Apple Watch and iPhone annually so yeah, eagerly awaiting for the event this coming week so I can re-contract for the 13 Pro Max as my contract is also due in 9 days' time.

Anyone can enlighten how long is the battery replacement process?

Will it be a few hours, or I have to leave my phone with Apple Store or its agents overnight? Tks.
