ip14 pro randomly freezing when taking video

Hello all, got the ip14 pro 256GB on launch day. Today the phone freezes when taking video, randomly sometimes after just 9secs and sometimes after 4mins into videoing.

updated to the latest iOS, restarted the phone, turned off and then turn on but the problem is still there.

now I can’t take a video without wondering when the phone is gonna freeze again.

has anyone faced the same issue when taking video? Hopefully it’s not a hardware issue and it can be fixed with a software update.

I tested it with Snapchat and my iPhone 14PM doesn’t have any issues. Seems it doesn’t impact on all phones

Did u setup your iphone as new or did import backup from previous iPhone?

it almost always never impacts all phones. any  news get blown out of proportions

my wife’s 14pro used e phone to phone copy method to migrate her data. so far haven’t heard any camera issues from her

Direct transfer.

I was stupid to use the new iCloud upload feature. End up having to spend 18hrs to transfer everything before I can use the phone. Last time can use the phone after around 15-30 mins while the rest of items download in the background.

Direct transfer also got issue. First time failed after 1 hr plus. 2nd time successfully done in 2 hours.

New one sure no problems. No heat no cache nothing
