no. cannot animate at all.

Any way to know which of my photo is live or still?

As all the photo is store at camera roll folder.

Live Photos have indication of the circulars watermark on the photos.
It also animated when you are swiping across photos for a slight moment but some users are not seeing this due to bugs.

it is animating, i think user didn't take it in a really obvious movement or motion.

As u swiping, the swiping motion also sliding in from left/right side, thats y can't really c if ur live photo is of little or no movement at all.
