Ipad 2 camera shutter stuck

When I click the camera icon. It shows a stuck shutter. Would appreciate help to resolve the problem.

Encounter the same problem with my ip4. Bring to those 3rd party service centre and they claim it faulty damage to the camera. Not to do with the iOS: on the spot, they change the camera and it works. Cost me 60$
