Can I ask, for those who bought ipad air 4 (2020) from apple directly, did yours come with a factory installed screen protector/plastic peel off screen protector?

Just asking as all my samsung devices have and this is my first ever apple purchase (bought from apple flagship store on lazada) and was very surprised to find no factory screen protector.

what i mean, is not a high quality screen protector but those basic screen film that most devices have in box to protect the screen. the kind you usually peel off once you start using the device

There is no factory installed screen protector for all Apple Products. Not only iPad, iPhones, Mac, etc as well.

Thanks for the answer. So just to double confjrm. For new ipad air, when I get, can use straight away right? Don't even have a film to peel off?

u can search for unboxing videos on YouTube. yes there is a film (replaced by paper in e latest models) to remove

yes. there is no film to peel off aside from the wrapper.

no it does not come with a screen protector
