iPad Mini and Singapore 4G

Just to verify, the ipad mini 4G functionality will not work with any of the three telcos here right?

is there a possibility that future versions might support the 4G here?

Ipad mini and ipad4's 4g is supported by Singapore. Tried and tested by my friends.

Like the iPhone 5, it only support 1/2 of Singtel/StarHub/M1 frequency..

Although it supports LTE, but it may not be as good as phones like Lumia 920/ HTC One in some conditions like indoor
