For those who are looking for m1 units. Go to carousell and search. Look for those with 2-3 months warranty left. Lowball them gao gao
For example 128gb wifi 11”, just tell them $700 and below else f it. Do it 100 times and you will find someone who sells. Then bring to alabs and sign up applecare. Use the unit till cui.

Isn't applecare plus can only be bought within 60 days of the purchase? Assuming got existing applecare plus, how do I send in to Apple and request a new set - if there's no significant battery degradation and etc?

Looking at the M1 Ipad pro now so appreciate any inputs.

They will only replace if there's hardware issue.

You will not wear down the battery to the 80% that's needed for replacement even if you charge 2 times daily for 730 times a year.

It's a waste buying AppleCare for iPad unless you use it outdoors frequently. Having said that, I did have an iPad Pro 2017 that stopped working one month outside of the 1 year warranty. Too unlucky.

Buy from US is the best . The ipad pro m2 wifi 128GB is $799 US dollars, equivalent to $1097 singapore....cheaper than singapore 1249. But of course, i have not taken into acct of shipping fee.
I think apple is international warranty...buy from US, works in Singapore..

That's if you happen to be in US, or have someone willing to buy and bring back for you. During import, there will be 7% GST charged on top of the price + shipping paid.

So at current exchange, that USA iPad will be SGD 1173 not inclusive of shipping.

Need to note for the difference in the charging adapter also.US is using different plug type.
