iPad getting very slow, home button struggling to work and while playing games sometime it will shut down by itself and restart. Any help!?! Where can send for repair and is it expensive? Warranty over already...

Do you mean factory reset? And after that sync with iTunes again to restore all the apps back?

try to set as new unit and download all the apps again from ur purchased history. hope it resolve your problem as it did for mine. do not restore from your backup as they said sometimes its the software corrupted.
