iPad vs android for view stock share app

I heard teletext on tv is going to stop showing market share .

Now plan to buy iPad or android for my mum.

Don't sure which platform had more choice to view local market.
I like the software call "stock alert "whereby android version is so hard to use...
That my view, any suggestion ?

For IOS, I also use a paid app called Portfolio Live which allows you to set up portfolios and keep track of profits and losses.

For Android, u can try an app called Singapore Stocks but it is not as comprehensive as the Stock Alert app for IOS.
