UOB exclude IPM but can do on CardUp. But i cannot find LTA banking info

the transaction will be charged by ipaymy so as long as your card gives rewards for ipaymy, then you will get it.

Now iPayMy wants my consent to re-charge my credit card as the merchant receives the payment.
