iPhone 12 Pro Max Calls Issues

Hi,

after I’ve upgraded to 15.3, my iPhone 12 Pro Max could not hear the other party in the calll and the other party couldn’t hear me.
It occurs about 60% of all the calls I make or receive.

move tried to perform network reset and restarting the phone but issue still persist.

anyone else experiencing this too?
Any ideas what else to try? Less resetting the entire phone, which is quite painful for me

Is it just voice call?

have you tried it with like earphones etc?

Yes, it does not work intermittently too.
FaceTime audio and WhatsApp call works just fine

doesn't sound like a hardware issue then. sounds like a software. so i reckon best bet is a restore

maybe worth bring it down to apple store for a diagnostic before u do that?

I’ve tried resetting my phone, it does not work. Thanks. Will bring it down to a store for them to take a look
