iphone 13 - Google Pay OTP white screen

Hi,

I just changed to iPhone 13 from iPhone 7 (transfer), and when logging into Google Pay and setting up bank account, the OTP screen is white in Google Pay although I receive the OTP SMS from the bank. As a result can't link bank account because unable to enter OTP.

Tried reinstalling Google Pay but same issue happen..

Anyone encountered same issue and have a fix?

I had the same issue too. Was working on my previous 13PM 2 months back.

After I got another new 13PM just couldn’t bypass the white screen. Also experienced the same issue for MySingtel app when I’m trying to login using Onepass. It’s weird and I can’t get it to work now.

Emailed Google and took them a long time to investigate to eventually say is not their fault.

Not that I know of on the phone. Is there a way to check on iPhone?

check inside settings. company phone? some companies have MDM profiles that restrict certain access..

Just checked, no proxy. Personal phone Funny that it was working on my ip7+ but once did the transfer to ip1112, Google Pay stopped working (after entering ibanking account, white axeeen. Same for paylah.)

happened to me if using ocbc. works fine with paylah
