125 cycles and 100%. iPhone 16pm. Limit the charge to 80% and charge once in the morning and late afternoon. Usually charge around 30-40% each time.

I charge to 100% but I don't charge overnight.

I charge to 80% and let the hp decide when to charge to 100% for the calibration. Usually I charge twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the late afternoon. Each time is around 30-40% depending how much I used. I think this is good for the battery.
