If you don't need the latest and greatest, then likely yes.

Don’t feel it’s worth because 16, 256gb launched at $1449 last year and a new set IP16 is still around $1150..

iPhone 17 is only $150 more at $1299 and you get better and the latest iPhone.

If you really like the IP16 colours then just go for it. In terms of camera and battery life, there’s not much difference between 16 and 17

iPhone 16 battery life is good on iOS 18. But cannot guarantee for 26.0, 26.1, and future versions.

No more stock. If you want the previous model. Best is to get it a month before announcement of the new product. Remember Tim Cook is the supply chain king. Normally, July will be the final month of production.

you can wait till next August to get 17 pro or buy used 16 pro.

It’s no longer worth it buying older model. It’s either large storage, theoretically you can get the latest model or pro max. That’s why you still see it on lazada/shopee
