Guys , may i know currently which IOS version for Iphone 4 & 5 is the best and stable to JB ?

Iphone 4 > IOS 6.12 OR 6.13

Iphone 5 > IOS 6.14 OR 7.04


* May i know how do I restore my JB iphone 6.12 to 6.13 since apple is no longer signing ?
I d/l the 6.13 ipsw but i cannot restore it

Current firmware is 6.12
i would prefer to be on ios 6.x but not ios 7 since my iphone 4 is old and worry it will run very slow on IOS 7

Just to find out is there a way to update to IOS 6.X since apple not signing and i already download the ios 6.x ipsw ??

If yr current firmware is 6.12 u can jailbreak on that version.
If its other version. U got no choice to upgrade to 7.0.4 and find ur iphone4 lag like crap.

Once apple stopped signing no way to flash that version.
