iPhone 5 auto reboot fix?

As titled, is there a fix to this? Auto shutdown/reboot at random times.

I've tried:
-soft/hard reset
-clean restore via itunes
-updated to latest ios
-rebooting many times

Still no avail.

I also realised the battery percentage is bugged. Forever stucked at 83% while charging and when plugged out, instantly reduced by about 10%. Any fix as well?
