iPhone 5 battery replacement program

Hello guys. I am using an iPhone 5 on iOS 6.0.2 jailbroken. My phone is eligible for the battery replacement program. But will I lose my iOS 6? I don't want them to upgrade or anything.

yah, they will update the iOS for you as well after replacement
