U mean the foc power switch, when u send in they also replace the battery for u?

Anyway, what's the turn around time for the replacement of power switch? Mine qualify

Between 4-7 working days. They will loan you an iphone 5 during the repair window if u need. The sleep/wake button must really be have a problem or else they will not entertain out-of-warranty sets. Your phone must not have have any other defects such as cracks or chips as they will reject. Make sure you do a proper backup and restore your phone to default as the replacement will wipe out all data. JB phones are a No No. Reset before sending in. Good Luck
