Iphone 5 Camera Issue, Purple dot

Hi all, I have been using my iphone 5 for about 6 months. Somehow somewhere for now, whenever I take a camera shot using my back camera, there will be this purple dot in my camera. What should I do and who do I look for? This set is from singtel.

Will they repair it or I will get a refurbished set?
Can I request for it to be repair?

Anyone encounter this problem before, please advise.

If its under warranty, bring back to commcentre for a 1-1 refurb set
