Hi. My iPhone 5 cannot receive call when it's on LTE network, and then there will be a SMS to inform me that the number tried calling me and missed call. Is it normal?

LTE does not have voice over network yet. Only 3G transmits the voice. Correct me if I'm wrong but the phone should automatically switch to 3G while recieving calls and switch back after the call.

is TS refering to Surfing on 4g LTE, and make calls at same time ? Or ip5 does not ring when 4g is switched on ?

Try rebooting your phone, I had this problem a week ago... after rebooting, no more problem. Already one week no issue. M1 for me.

Omg. I am not surfing on the phone. Just leave it there on the table, and SMS comes in saying I miss a call. Sigh.

I show my friend iPhone 5 over lunch and ask my friend to call me so that i can show him for iOS 6, i can swipe up to reject phone call, sms the caller, etc..

And the phone never rings and SMS comes in saying I miss my friend's call..

Demo "failed".. I told him that I cannot receive phone call when on LTE. :(

errrrr... all 3 of our telecom uses GSM, not CDMA. So this article doesn't apply to us?

Nope, seems like all the LTE are so far outdoors only. MRT will have to wait.

i'm not sure, but i had the impression our 3g is on wcdma, is it the same?
My Singtel Samsung S2 once i disable wcdma, no more 3g, gsm is 2g speeds only

While on the line, if emails come in, line gets cut off..

My M1 iphone4 auto switch to o after talking awhile. once on o, can only use voice or data.
Once off the line, all the data starts flowing in again

Got feedback from callers too that can't reach me.... I am on M1 iphone5....

I think CDMA bandwidth is 1800 and gsm is 900

I've been having this problem too - cannot receive calls while on LTE - callers get a "subscriber is unavailable" message, and then a calleralert SMS will come in. But can make outgoing calls, send & receive SMS etc etc.

After rebooting, phone can receive calls but i think once move around and switch to different base station, problem comes back.

Switched off LTE yesterday and now problem seems to be resolved.

Am on Singtel but didnt swap for new nano-sim (cut old micro sim) - so am wondering if its a sim-card problem?

def not sim card cos i swapped a new nano sim as well as i thought was a sim card issue. so yes, if LTE is off calls all no problem.

Mine is a 32gb black iphone 5. model is MD299ZA and carrier is sintel 13.0

Yours the same bro?
