iphone 5 ERROR 1669! anyone HELP?

i have a iphone 5 screen stuck at itune plug in logo, tried dfu mode, but appear with error 1669 at 3/4 retored. googled, most reliable result is to reball motherboard u501/u601. anyone met with this and have resolved?
