Iphone 5 keep asking for Apple ID password

Hi , i am using ISO. 6.1.4 , iphone 5, recently whenever i open up the icould mail inside my iphone, it keep prompting for apple ID password. Even after i key in the password, the email still didn't get sync (meaning new mail didn't comes in). I open up icould on my PC, and realise that those contact (phone numbers) which i have add in recently also did not appear on the icloud , can anyone advise me what to do?

i have no issues with hotmail or gmail though.

There could be a chance you keyed in the wrong password. But still repeatively.. Seems weird.

I think so.. My problem is my calendar n contact didn't sync n update on my iPad with iOS 7.1.2 after I made the change on my 6+ with iOS 8.1

disable the account restrictions in iphone. then re-enter your icloud password. then reboot phone.
then download mails , etc.

then enable account restrictions. should not ask password again.
