iPhone 5 keep rebooting

Hey guys,

My iphone 5 (purchased nearly 2 years ago i.e. during ST's i5 launch in Sep 2012) keep rebooting. I start to notice that the battery bar keep remain at 100% for very long and try to restart the handset. After restart i notice at the start up page the boarder around the white screen show a faint greenish-yellow border. When i was browsing through application it will suddenly change to blue/red and shut off, follow by a reboot of the system. The same thing repeat again and again whenever i attempt to use the phone.

FYI, i did not purchase any apple warranty. Are there any good 3rd parties repair service that I can go to? Any advise?

yeah I also have this problem. repair shop I gone to said it's a common problem for ip5 and suggest to get it repaired.

100 or less should be able to ;} hmm try those repair shops around Chinatown?

u have any idea whether isit a hardware or software prob? okay, u mean those hmm ah beng shop?:X

lol they not ah beng lah. but yeah there's no wherelse cheaper. it's hardware cos I tried every possible ways to rectify but to no avail. hp shop also diagnosed as hardware problem

whats DFU?

it's something like hard reset but tried that also cannot. you can try but most likely it won't fix
